Waters North
The Waters is located in the heart of upper North Mankato, off of Countryside and Coventry Drive, all lots are either wooded ravine or pond lots. These are larger-size city lots and are supportive of walkout homes, lookout homes and patio style homes. Currently Phase I is open and offering lots for sale – there will be 4 total phases.
Miller Creek
Miller Creek features a beautiful neighborhood located along the Sakatah trail with creekside lots, pond lots and city utilities —conveniently located with easy access to Highways 22 and 14. Lots support all types of homes including lookout and walkout lots. Lots can be combined or you can purchase a lot and a half, if you wish to add a shop or other outbuilding.
THE LANDING AT JEFFERSON LAKES
LAKE ACCESS LOTS: The Landing is a lake community located approximately 20 minutes northeast of Mankato on the Cape Horn Peninsula between Middle and East Jefferson Lakes. The neighborhood features 49 lake access lots which all share a community marina with beach house and boat slips available. Other amenities include paved walking trails, a playground and a second lake access location. All lots are 1 acre or larger.
Eagle Bluff
Eagle Bluff features ten spacious lakeshore lots on Eagle Lake. These 2+ acre lots are just minutes outside of Mankato and offer at least 150 feet of shoreline with mature trees and an abundance of wildlife.
