Let us help you with your building project. We can design a house that works well on the lot you own, whether it is an in town lot with city services or an out of town lot requiring septic and well. Existing home lots where you may need to tear down the existing homesite are also welcome.

If you already have a lot in mind, but have not yet made an offer, we’d be happy to take a look at the lot for you and provide our input and recommendations regarding the lot as it relates to your plans. In many cases we may even be able to purchase the lot upfront, on your behalf, and finance the construction of the home.
